OK, we’re trying to add a little humor to this but, the title doesn’t seem to be that far off. In short, piss a cop off… they do something illegal and then you sue the city. Common points of frustration are filming in public in particular government & Cops. ID Refusal, this one stems from the belief that anything a cop says is “A Lawful Order”. Probably the last of a Top 3 would be Free Speech which can lead to Police retaliation. Hey, who like being flipped off or told to F-off, but, that retaliatory action by government officials most often is illegal and ends up costing Tax payers money.
